1000 aircooler bundles delivered early 2008 by GEA Batignolles Thermal Technologies (Changshu) Co., Ltd.

The new factory of GEA Batignolles Thermal Technologies (Changshu) Co., Ltd. located in Changshu is running at full capacity with a constant respect of international quality standards, namely ISO 9001 for company process and ASME U stamp for pressure vessels.

The management and the employees of the company have built strong foundations to allow the best long term results:

strong presence on Chinese domestic markets manufacturing aircooled vacuum steam condensers used in Coal to Liquid conversion plants, process aircooled heat exchangers API 661 for oil refineries and Gas treatment plants,
active support to GEA presence is Asia : process aircooled heat exchangers API 661 for oil refineries (India), petrochemical plants (methanol units in Malaysia), LNG plants (Indonesia)

The 1000th bundle was delivered to a refinery in India belonging to the famous private Indian company Reliance. Design and manufacturing were done as per ASME VIII div 1 and API 661.

GEA Batignolles Thermal Technologies (Changshu) Co., Ltd. located in Changshu is a full scale company, with a design department dedicated to domestic projects (Chinese codes and rules), a quality assurance department sponsored by GEA Batignolles Technologies Thermiques France QA Manager, a full production range with a precise monitoring of project schedules for timely delivery.

The Changshu factory produces all ranges of API 661 finned tubes: extruded, G embedded, L wrap on and knurled L. Header boxes plugs type and cover plate type are machined, welded, and tested with the latest technologies used in other GEA Batignolles Technologies Thermiques mother factory in France.
