Design of Headers

Finite element calculation methods, developed in-house and certified by ASME authorised inspection agencies, are used for header design as per ASME VIII div.1 App. 13.
Dedicated software and models employing finite element moethod are used for nozzle stress analysis under piping loads.

Research and Development

As part of a global organisation specialising in heat exchangers,GEA Btt is involved in development programs aiming at increasing efficiency and performance through collaboration with experts.

Test are performed regularly, in close parnership with customers and suppliers, to test and validate new designs or equipent.
